    • Can I use this after the hospital?

      You can and you should. During those first few weeks, it’s a life-saver for getting some shut-eye next to the crib. And, it’s a knee-saver when your baby gets older and starts doing some tummy time. You can also use it to practice your downward dog. Or, nap on it during your lunch break. The possibilities are pretty much endless.
