At Dad Pad, every go-bag is packed with care, and all sales are final. With our limited quantity of goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Dad Pad arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

• Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  

• Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
  

• Once approved, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement.
  

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 30 days or without sufficient documentation.
